Every business with a commercial relationship with Clarity, named. The list is checked against the signed agreements, and a new one appears here before any sale under it.
Current relationships
None. Clarity Investment Capital Ltd has no commercial relationship with any developer, housebuilder, estate agent, lender, broker or property manager. Our only income is the sale of location reports, at £39 each or £249 for all of them for a year.

Why this page exists
Clarity ranks UK places on measured public data. We also intend to sell new homes for developers, for a commission the developer pays. If both happen under one roof, a reader is entitled to ask whether a place near the top of the map is there because the numbers put it there or because we have flats to sell in it. This page is part of the answer, and the part you can check for yourself.
Why a payment cannot move the map
The ranking reads two things: the location dataset, which our data pipeline builds from public sources every month, and the answers you give about your own budget and goals. It is not allowed to read anything else. That is enforced by an automated test that runs on every change to the site. If code that orders the map or the shortlist ever reads a list of developers, a commission or a partner flag, the test fails and the change cannot be published.
The same test tags every location with a made-up developer and commission and checks that every ordering comes out exactly as it did without them. A place ranks where its data puts it, and a listing we are paid to sell sits beside the independent figures for its area. It does not replace them.
What we disclose, and where
Every agreement is added to this page before anything is sold under it, with the developer's name, what we are paid and by whom, and which schemes it covers. The map, every report and every listing link here. Anything we are paid for introducing you to a third party, such as a mortgage broker or a solicitor, is listed here too, and we tell you about it before you are introduced.
